About the project
The goal of the project was to create a freight management system where certified freight carrier employees can bid on transportation requests and request for quotes made by our client, thus speeding up and simplifying our client's daily workflow.
Our partner requested the partial transfer of communication with their clients to mobile applications. As a result, the option to bid for freights is available through both iOS and Android mobile applications, as well as through a web interface. Our partner's clients can view the status of their bids, as well as the freights they won or lost, along with the details. We provide our partner with a web-based back-office management platform, allowing them to submit new requests, manage existing ones, handle clients and their user accounts, and measure the efficiency of their freight operations with various analytics.
Project results
The system actively assists our partner with tasks related to request for quotation and freight automation, thus relieving the burden of these tasks from their human resources. Client mobile applications are available in both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. We ensure the seamless operation of our systems with 24/7 availability, enabling our partner to focus on other business processes with their freed-up resources.
